STRESSFUL DAYS ARE EITHER DISTRACTIONS FROM OUR PROBLEMS OR MOTIVATION TO SOLVING OUR PROBLEMS, SO! HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH YOUR STRESSFUL DAY?

SOME ME TIME BUT BEING BY THE WATER IS ALWAYS
MY #1 STRESS RELIEF

A LIFE WITH NO STRESS IS  LIKE NO LIFE AT ALL AT LEAST THAT IS HOW I SEE IT, SO HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH YOUR STRESS? HERE IS HOW I DEAL WITH MINE

I LOVE NATURE BUT MOSTLY I LOVE THE WATER. BEING LOST BY THE WATER IS ONE THING I LOVE THE MOST. I LOVE THE  ENDLESS LIFE OF IT . BEING  IN THE WATER OR BY THE WATER  IS  THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND ALSO THE MOST TERRIFYING @ THE SAME TIME. TAKING A WALK OR JUST SITTING BY THE RIVER,LAKE OR THE BEACH IS SO REFRESHING AND AN EASY WAY OF RELEASING STRESS.

A WOMAN'S JOURNAL...I  BOUGHT THIS JOURNAL LAST DECEMBER AND HERE IS WHERE MY IMAGINATION TAKES THE BEST OF ME. STRESS OR NO STRESS I ALWAYS GET LOST ON MY CREATIVITY OF POETRY OR QUOTATIONS. THEY SAY BEING CREATIVE CONSUMES YOUR STRESS AWAY BUT FOR ME HERE IS WHERE MY MOTIVATION COMES IN.
