Mariah Carey was hospitalised on Sunday night after she dislocated her shoulder on the set of her new music video. The 43-year-old singer was rushed to New York's Hospital for Special Surgery after she took a tumble while filming the video for the remix of her song Beautiful. She is now fine and recuperating at home .Mariah was shooting the music video directed by her husband Nick Cannon - a nightclub in Chelsea. The songstress may have tripped and fallen in her high heels, a source told the New York Post. The accident was kept quiet and an ambulance wasn't called. She is said to have had her private medical personnel on hand in case of any incidents. Nick was 'very loving' toward his wife, and stayed by her side while a doctor looked at her, according to the NY Daily News. Mariah, who was filming the video with Young Jeezy, has kept quiet about the accident.
